ARES 2024 will be held from July 30 to August 02, 2024 at the University of Vienna
Congratulations on your contribution to ARES 2024! To ensure a smooth presentation at the conference, please carefully read the following instructions.
The lecture rooms will be equipped with a PC/laptop for your presentation. The presentation format should be 16:9. HDMI and VGA connection is possible in the rooms if you prefer to use your own device. If you require specific adapters, please bring them with you to the conference.
Presentation Length
All papers need to be presented on-site at the conference.

Presentation Length
- ARES full paper sessions :15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A.
- ARES SoK and short paper sessions: 15 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for Q&A.
- ARES best paper session: 20 minutes for presentation & Q&A.
- DoD & ICS-CSR: 30 minutes for presentation & Q&A.
- ARES Workshops: 15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A (exception BASS - 20 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A)
- Invited talks, presentations (non-authors), and workshop keynotes will be scheduled as agreed with the workshop chairs.
All papers need to be presented on-site at the conference.
